I am An Industrial Designer focused on the how as much as the why.
Bio
Hi! I’m Agostino, a Milan-based designer who loves turning complex puzzles into products, experiences and everything in between. I’m a Polimi alum with a degree in Design & Engineering.
I’ve had the chance to cut my teeth at places like Makio Hasuike & co and Vitesy, and these days, you’ll find me at Clivet (part of the MBT Climate/Midea family) tackling the big, interesting world of climate tech. I’m a bit of a nerd for the details; I love diving into everything from the high-level strategy down to the gritty preliminary engineering that makes a project real.
When I’m not in the studio, I’m usually busy tinkering. I’m a firm believer in learning by doing, so I spend a lot of my free time on personal projects and experiments just to see "what if?".

Member of the MBT Climate Design Centre team, working on product design across all group brands. Contributed to the development of projects for the “Just Breathe” exhibition, showcased at Milan Design Week 2025.

As a member of the R&D team, I followed all the stages involved in the creation of new products, from framing and research to most of the technical aspects, including supplier management. I had an active role in both the kick-starter campaigns of Shelfy and Shelfy lite.

Makio Hasuike & co
/ Junior Industrial Designer
As part of the Industrial Design Team, I had the chance to be involved in several projects, collaborating with company of different size from all around the globe like Repower, Kohler power and Richell. Here I followed each step of the design process, from the framing to the technical definition, facing all the challenges involved first-hand. My role included, as well as the classic task if the industrial designer, close coordination with clients and management of suppliers and other resources.

Cooperated with various companies linked to POLI.design. Worked on projects contextualized in different markets and sectors. Tackled projects of various nature: from strategy to product, following every phase of the design process. Worked both in team and on my own.

Followed a specific project in the professional cooking sector from the concept phase to the technical definition. Researched new technologies for supporting the concept. Designed a first layout of the UI. Product launched at Host 2019.

Prosecution of the final ID course. Tested several solutions using working prototypes. Working prototype displayed at Interclean Amsterdam 2016. 2 Patent registered.
